THE LOWDOWN: The Colorado River is FINALLY starting to drop, we're seeing almost half the volume he had a week ago. Daytime Caddis, Golden Stones, PMDs, Sallies, Craneflies and Rusty Spinners will keep you busy, and at twilight it's time to switch over to egg laying caddis and Green Drakes.

Use caution the river is big!
