FLOW: 58 CFS in Carbondale
WATER CONDITIONS: Low and Clear, significant ice.
OVERALL RATING: 3 out of 10

THE LOW DOWN: The brown trout spawn is beginning and anglers should be aware of redds and respect spawning fish.
