WATER CONDITIONS: Low and clear, can get off-color after rain or heavy snow
OVERALL RATING: 6 out of 10 down low, significant ice up higher in elevation
FOOD SOURCES PRESENT: Midges, Sculpins
THE LOW DOWN: The Crystal always has plenty of open water in the lower elevations, and little pressure. Using your favorite attractors in deeper runs and riffles is always effective.
